Your Satisfaction

Once we have enhanced your photo we send a digital proof for your approval. Only when you have approved the proof do we require payment and we send you the high resolution file.

How it works

  1. 1. You send us your photo(s). See here for the best file format to send us.
  2. 2. We will enhance these to give a natural look unless we hear of any special requirements from you.
  3. 3. We then send you a digital proof and you let us know if you would like any changes (if so we send you a new proof).
  4. 4. Once approved we take payment and send you the high resolution file.

Once we know what you want then we mainpulate the photo and send you a proof for approval. You We examine each photograph and then using our skill and judgement manually adjust each one using post processing software. The final outcome is based upon your requirements, for example you may require the photo to be more natural or one where reality is distorted in a particular way. We can process HDR images, single Raw files and JPG files, the results and what we can achieve with each of these is explained below.

HDR Files

HDR (high dynamic range) images provide us with the most scope to enhance the photo. However unless you are after a specific affects they are not recommended for moving shot then vary greatly from be a very close representation of what your eye saw when you took the photo to ones where they look like they could have been taken fron an alien world.
